Notice of Cancellation of Regular Election by the Designated Election Official

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Settler’s Crossing Metropolitan District No. 1, City of Commerce City, Adams County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled pursuant to Section 1-13.5-513, C.R.S.

The following candidates are declared elected:

1) Gary Starling

Elected until May 2029

2) Rebecca Taladay

Elected until May 2029

3) Eric Weidner

Elected until May 2029
